Coming to Kansas City during COVID, I was desperate for community, and I am so lucky that Matthew gave me a leather ball cap and welcomed me into the Pioneers. They have been a touchstone to so many moments and people, and I am truly a better person for having become a member.
I consider myself very fortunate to be surrounded by folks who celebrate and support a diverse local community of kinky people. Giving back through fundraising and promoting the importance of the educational aspect of our lifestyle is what brings me a strong sense of joy.
